Clos St Vincent

In 1993 the two families Sicardi and Sergi bought the property Clos St Vincent. Since then they have continued to acquire land; the domaine now has 7ha with 6ha under vine.

The vineyards are run along biodynamic principals following the lunar calendar, plant treatments and natural fertiliser. No chemicals are used.

The whites are almost Burgundian in style, fermented and matured in barrique.

The reds, Folle Noir with around 10% Grenache, undergo a long maceration, pigeage, remontage and ageing in barrique, creating big intense wines.

The rosés are 100% Braquet and are crisp, fresh and fruity.
